As an avid gamer, I used to love coming here around 10 years ago and before that their store in Castle Hill shopping centre. It was great to have a local store that sold a wide range of new and retro video games and consoles. The store now mostly focuses on pop culture merchandise, board games and trading cards which are not of as much interest to me personally. Video games are now designated to a tiny section of the shop and there is only a small range.
It used to be a great store, but nowadays the main problem is they have too much stock which isn't organised properly or safely, in particular pertaining to Pop Vinyl's... many a tripping hazard of boxes upon boxes of stock blocking walk ways & making a tiny store feel even more tiny than it is.
Could do with a temporary closure for a week or more to sort out stock issues & space/flow of the store, price-down dead stock etc if possible. Very disappointed
on the way and out keep your eyes closed if you’re looking to save, honestly such a wide variety of items to pick up and implement into your day to day life, from pokemon to anime to ac/dc honestly this store has it all, the guy at the reception was VERY kind and is a chill and funny dude cracking jokes back and fourth i honestly felt like not only am i getting my moneys worth but feeling good while doing it

Great range of collectible items however I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. Came early in the morning and asked a young lady at the counter if they had any figures from a specific anime. She said "everything we have in stock is on the floor," which didn't help since there were many items on the floor and it was difficult to find what I was looking for. She then went back to looking at her phone rather than checking the system or providing any further help. I bought multiple items which weren't all bagged so I also had to ask for an extra bag to carry everything.
Regardless, it's still worth having a look at the store! Make sure you come in knowing exactly what you want and are willing to stay a while to find it.
Store was okay, it was a little crowded.
A lot of items or Funko Pops did not have any prices on them, there were so many that I wanted to buy but because there was no price listed I put them back.
I didn't want to be a bother and ask for multiple price checks.
Clerk didn't really notice anyone or ask anyone in the store if they needed assistance. This was Friday afternoon.
Some of the DVDs were over priced for something that is second hand, I went right over to the JB-Hi-Fi store and bought a Boruto DVD for $19 brand new rather than paying the $45 which this store asked for.
